The From The Grove series began with a simple belief: that we should start exploring the BIG questions in life early!
Questions like:
These books are for people of all ages and are tools for the invisible parts of growth. They help name the inner questions and emotions we often carry but do not yet have words for.
Each story is a beautifully illustrated, gentle entry point into the foundational concepts of identity, emotional awareness, self worth, and personal agency. They are designed to be read together, creating moments of connection, discussion, reflection, and discovery for children and adults alike.
We are humbled and honored that the From The Grove series has found a home in therapy offices, Montessori classrooms, Sunday School classes, schools across the nation, and homes around the world. Educators, therapists, and caregivers use these stories to help children build emotional vocabulary, navigate social situations, and develop a strong and grounded sense of self.
Beyond the classroom, these books have become meaningful companions through life’s transitions. They are shared to mark new beginnings, celebrate milestones, or simply to say, I see you and I believe in who you are becoming.
They are gifts of resilience.
A reminder that growth is possible.
And an invitation to grow through what we go through.
I've purchased Amy's books, in fact for her 3rd book, Am I Enough?, I purchased copies for my granddaughters and then bought 14 copies to give to our Sunday School students. Thank you, Amy for your insight into our minds. MEA
"You wrote these books for me!" Even at an age over 40, I feel like this book was written specifically for me. I learned many new things and plan to do them now. Thank You, Amy for sharing!" PG
"My 20 year old grandkids LOVE your books." I gave all of my grandkids your latest book. I heard from the older ones that they think they are so cool." MFM
"I love this series." I've enjoyed reading these books with my littles ages 12, 8, and 4. It's a great series that gets them thinking about who they are and truly makes me think about who I am. It's rare to find a children's book that resonates so deeply that as an adult you can't help but feel moved! Can't wait to read them again, with my littles, beautifully written! AS
"You absolutely nailed it with this book!
Ohhhhh my goodness! I teared up by the second page and by the end, the tears were flowing. It's beautiful, and it's perfection. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you." DMB
"Whether you have little humans in your life or not, make sure to grab Amy's new book.
I believe feelings work is incredibly healing and life-changing and that so many of us, myself included, need help learning how to identify and feel our feelings, especially how our feelings show up in our bodies. Amy, you explain this work with simplicity and grace and your work will be transformative for so many tiny (and not so tiny) humans. Well done, my friend, well done." APB
