In a world of increasing demands and overwhelming student needs, the pressure on educators has never been greater. You are asked to be a teacher, a counselor, a mentor, and a safe harbor - often while navigating your own stress and burnout.
We believe that the most effective way to support students is to first support the adults who guide them.
Our work for educators is designed to provide practical, brain-aligned tools that build resilience, foster emotional well-being, and bring a sense of clarity and calm back to your classroom—and your life.
We offer Educators:

Let's Partner to Support your Staff!

We bring the core lessons of GroveWorks directly to students through age appropriate, engaging learning experiences that are designed to stick. Our programs equip students with practical tools to build self awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation that support success in the classroom and beyond.
Elementary Students: PreK through 5th Grade
At the elementary level, we focus on planting the early seeds of social emotional learning through stories, creativity, and connection.
Roots & Shoots FTG In School Program:
Our signature six week interactive program meets one hour per week and is designed for PreK through 5th grade students. Using the From The Grove book series, students explore foundational life lessons including identity, emotions, self worth, and personal agency.
Author Visits:
Bring the author of the From The Grove series into your school community. These dynamic sessions go beyond a traditional read aloud. Students engage with the story, explore its themes, and learn about the writing process while reflecting on belonging, courage, and their own unique worth.
Middle & High School Students: 6th through 12th Grade
For older students, our programming addresses the real world challenges of adolescence with honesty, science, and practical tools. Topics include academic stress, social pressure, identity development, and purpose.
Assemblies:
Amy delivers engaging, science informed presentations that connect with students. These experiences combine personal story, brain-based insight, and tools students can use right away.
Interactive Workshops:
Workshops offer a deeper, hands-on learning experience for smaller groups such as grade levels, leadership teams, or advisory groups. These sessions prioritize participation and provide a supportive environment for practicing new skills.
