It’s more than a name — it’s a philosophy, a way of living,
and the foundation of the workshops, courses, and conversations I now lead.
I work with individuals and groups — from curious 5-year-olds to wise 105-year-olds — to help them reconnect with who they are and what they’re capable of.
Through my Rooted Resilient Life workshops, I use hands-on engagement, storytelling, thought-based brain insights (no complicated science, I promise!), and practical, tactical activities to help people build:
I’m also the author of four
“books for everyone, disguised as children’s books”:
Who Am I?, How Do I Feel?, Am I Enough?,
and What Can I Do?
because I believe these essential conversations shouldn’t wait until adulthood.
I also speak to groups about what it means to survive hard things, begin again, and grow a meaningful second act rooted in truth, hope, and connection.
