Sometimes growth needs a
Survivor turned Guide!
Our Brain Aneurysm Support service offers compassionate, one-on-one guidance for individuals and families navigating life after
a ruptured brain aneurysm.
Whether you're in the early days of recovery or finding your way forward years later, Amy provides lived insight, steady direction, and emotional support rooted in both personal experience and trauma-informed training.
This is not therapy, but it is thoughtful, experienced partnership—for when life changes in an instant and you're still learning how to live inside that change.
Sometimes growth needs a
Community.
We create transformative workshop experiences rooted in emotional awareness, resilience, and growth.
Our Through The Grove: Two Hands on the Wheel workshops provide educators, administrators, and school staff with practical, neuroscience-backed strategies to support social-emotional learning (SEL), trauma-informed practices, and PBIS-aligned approaches in their classrooms. Participants leave equipped to model emotional awareness, strengthen student relationships, and foster resilient, growth-oriented school communities.
Our Rooted Resilient Life teen and adult workshops are designed for individuals who want to strengthen self-awareness, self-worth, and personal agency so they can continue growing through life’s changes. Using brain-based science, storytelling, and reflection, participants feel empowered, resilient, and rooted.
Roots & Shoots From The Grove, our elementary-age workshop, uses Amy’s From The Grove storybook series to teach emotional language, build confidence, and help children understand their thoughts and feelings in a safe, engaging way. With movement, art, and interactive storytelling, kids explore big ideas through little moments.
